How a household placement actually runs

Each role has its own paperwork stack, but the placement runs the same way. Whether it is a sole-charge nanny in a single-parent home or an estate director managing a 30-staff multi-property compound, we follow the same documented process.

1. Role-specific intake

If it is a nanny role, we know the difference between sole-charge, shared-care and rota. If it is eldercare, we know which dementia-care credentials count. If it is an estate director, we map the staffing org chart with you on call one. We come prepared.

2. Five-layer verification

Multi-state criminal, federal records, sex-offender registry, SSN trace, I-9 right-to-work, MVR for any driving role, three live reference calls and a skills assessment. Each step documented and timestamped.

3. Verified shortlist

Three to five candidates with full vetting documentation, a working-interview plan and trial-day options. You meet only confirmed-clear candidates.

4. Placement and aftercare
